How it works?

We are providing a wide range of internship tailored for various educational fields. Since we are an intermediary organization between you and the receiving company, we are charging a fee for this service. However, the fee is payable only if you get the internship. Therefore, the whole application process is free up to the point of signing the internship contract.

Step 1. Choose the internship that fits you best. Make sure you read the full description, daily tasks and requirements.
Step 2. Send your application. Include your updated CV, cover letter and/or any recommendations from your teachers or employer (optional).
Step 3. We will review your application within 2-5 working days after the deadline closes and will get back to you.
Step 4. If your application is approved, we will invite you for a face-to-face interview.
Step 5. We will send you the interview result within 5-7 working days.
Step 6. Selected candidates will be invited to our office to sign the internship contract.

Erasmus+ Junior Assistant

3-6 months (autumn 2019)

Vilnius, Lithuania

During the internship period, the intern will be assigned the following tasks:

– office tasks, drafting reports;
– deal with administrative paperwork;
– research and contact with Italian and foreign partners
– support activities for the management of hosting European projects
– be in charge with communication process between partner institutions from all across Europe
– preparation of certificates, flyers and similar materials.

The intern will have to be able to solve problems, manage situations, write reports, manage and consolidate relationships with partner institutions. These are general tasks, The intern may be assigned other specific tasks, depending on his/her skills (communication, management, IT, graphics, etc)

To be enrolled in a Danish Higher Education programme OR to have recently graduated (AP Degree, Bachelor/Top-up, Master). Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

On-going selection process.

The internship is unpaid. However, you can apply for an Erasmus+ Internship Grant at your local educational institution. You can contact your international office for more info.

An administrative fee of 95 € will be charged when signing the internship contract. The whole application process is free and you only pay the fee if you get the internship. 

We will provide intercultural counseling and support with travel and accommodation arrangements for selected candidates. 

2 positions 

Erasmus+ Junior Assistant

2-6 months (autumn 2019)

Brescia, Italy

During the internship period, the intern will be assigned the following tasks:

– support the staff in the drafting of Erasmus+ projects
– preparation of the project forms
– research and contact with Italian and foreign partners
– support activities for the management of hosting projects
– preparation drafting of the necessary documentation
– preparation of certificates

The intern will have to be able to solve problems, manage situations, write reports, manage and consolidate relationships with partner institutions. These are general tasks, The intern may be assigned other specific tasks, depending on his/her skills (communication, management, IT, graphics, etc)

1 position 

Erasmus+ Communication intern

2-6 months (autumn 2019)

Brescia, Italy

  • Communication: to deal with the website design and translations in other languages (Eng, French,…); to manage pictures and social network posts (Facebook, Instagram);
  • Events: to support the team in the event organization (like Europe’s day and related initiatives) for both communication and logistic aspects;
  • International mobility: to deal with mobility opportunities promotion; to look for partnerships for new projects;
  • Project design: to support the staff in managing small tasks related to European projects.

To be enrolled in a Danish Higher Education programme or to have recently graduated (AP Degree, Bachelor/Top-up, Master). Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

*optional: Italian language is an advantage

2 positions

Digital Marketing Intern

3-6 months (autumn 2019)

Tenerife, Spain

  • ​Understanding basic principles of internet marketing
  • ​Working with Google Docs: creating folders and documents, uploading files, communication with Google Hangouts, and so forth…
  • ​Improvement of the written content: layout, writing attention-grabbing headlines, correcting the grammatical mistakes, include keywords
  • ​Creating and optimizing landing pages (or sales pages) ​
  • Working with Canva, photo designing and editing tool ​
  • Preparation of Social Media graphics
  • ​Preparation of Social Media Plan ​Conducting content and social media audit ​
  • Preparing Paid Advertising Campaign in Facebook

To be enrolled in a Danish Higher Education programme in Marketing & IT (AP Degree, Bachelor/Top-up, Master). Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

*optional: Spanish language is an advantage

An administrative fee of 249€ will be charged when signing the internship contract. The whole application process is free and you only pay the fee if you get the internship. 

Important! This internship includes a mandatory 8-weeks digital marketing course, The cost of this course is 600€ and is carried out in partnership with FU International Academy Tenerife. You can find more info about the course here.

3 positions

Reception intern

3-6 months (autumn 2019)

Tenerife, Spain

  • plans and schedules his/her daily work tasks ​
  • prepares and equips customer and work facilities ​
  • receives and serves the customers at the reception ​
  • presents, recommends and sells leisure activities, hotel facilities ​
  • modifies existing bookings ​answers phone calls ​uses professional terminology in different languages in customer service
  • ​registers sales and charges payments from customers ​completes the service situations and ensures customer satisfaction ​
  • performs the personal end-of-shift report ​works in co-operations with the other departments

To be enrolled in a Danish Higher Education programme in Tourism & Hospitality (AP Degree, Bachelor/Top-up, Master). Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

Back-office intern

3-6 months (autumn 2019)

Tenerife, Spain

  • plans and schedules his/her daily work tasks
  • prepares and equips customers and work facilities
  • support administrative staff in their day to day operations
  • assist with sales and marketing teams
  • maintain the databases
  • performs the personal end-of-shift report
  • works in co-operations with the other departments

To be enrolled in a Danish Higher Education programme in Tourism & Hospitality (AP Degree, Bachelor/Top-up, Master). Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

*optional: Spanish language is an advantage
